Delivery and shipping information
The registrant/buyer will receive an electronic receipt upon purchase of registration fee/admission to social events. Conference kit, name badge, tickets etc. will be handed over from the registration desk at the conference upon presentation of receipt of purchase.
Transaction currency
All transactions will be made in Euros.
Description of the product/service
Registration fee includes conference kit including abstract book; access to all sessions and keynote presentations; welcome reception Sunday August 12, 2018; lunch and refreshments Monday – Wednesday August 13 – 15, 2018; and Gala dinner Wednesday August 15, 2018, at reduced price.
Social events include Copenhagen Canal Tour inclusive of dinner Monday August 13, 2018; Nordic Evening in Copenhagen Zoo inclusive of dinner Tuesday August 14, 2018; and Gala dinner Wednesday August 15, 2018.

Refund policy
Cancellation of registration fee and tickets for social events with full refund will be possible until July 1, 2018. After that date no refunds will be given.
Conficentiality
The ICCH17 conference understands and respects the importance of privacy on the internet. The ICCH17 conference will not disclose information of registrants to any third party, unless this is necessary to implement a transaction. The ICCH17 conference will not sell your name, address, email address, credit card information or personal data to any third party without your prior permission.
